Right of Withdrawal - EU/EEA

Consumers from the EU/EEA generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a distance selling contract, about which the seller informs below in accordance with the statutory model.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Blue Broccoli GmbH, Fürst-Franz-Josef-Strasse 70, 9490 Vaduz, Liechtenstein, email: info@bluebrocco.li) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs that arise if you chose a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods.
