Shipping policy
Delivery is made via standard postal shipping. The seller bears the shipping risk if the customer is a consumer.
The products shown in the webshop are, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the respective product description, ready for dispatch immediately. The delivery time is 3-10 working days, provided that no different delivery time is stated on the website. The delivery period is calculated from the time of order confirmation, provided payment has been received in advance (except in the case of purchase on account).

Deliveries are made from our warehouse in Austria.
Deliveries to Switzerland are cleared through customs by us and handed over to Swiss Post. This process may extend the delivery time by up to 3 days.
