This 10mm high-density sponge provides the structural rigidity needed for flat surface sanding. The thickness ensures consistent pressure, preventing the accidental rounding of sharp edges and C-faces.

Note: Dry use only. For best results and to extend the life of the sponges, use the BS-02 Sanding Dust Cleaning Brushto remove residue from the surface during work.

Grit Range:

• #320 / #400: Initial leveling and removing nub marks.

• #600: Surface refinement and scratch smoothing.

• #800 / #1000: Final prep before priming or painting.
