Phrozen Light Curable Putty is a gel-like material engineered for fast, accurate repair of 3D printed models. Curing in just 15 seconds under UV light, it is perfect for restoring broken parts, filling gaps, and refining intricate details. Once hardened, the putty can be easily sanded and painted for a seamless finish.
Compatible with cured resin and plastic surfaces, it offers a streamlined post-processing workflow suited for both hobbyists and professionals. Supplied in a 60g container with a wooden applicator for precision work.

Instructions
Clean and dust the surface before applying the putty.
Use the MT-40 Mini Palette Blade or the included wooden stick to apply an appropriate amount of putty.
Smooth out the surface and remove excess using alcohol.
Cure with a UV lamp (395 nm or above) for approximately 15 seconds (for layers around 1 mm thick).
For best results, cure at a 1 cm distance to ensure light penetrates deeper areas.
Precautions
- Avoid direct sunlight exposure. - Wear gloves when handling the product. - Adjust curing time based on putty thickness. - Avoid skin contact to prevent allergic reactions. - In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly and seek medical attention. - After prolonged exposure, the cured putty may be hot- andle with care. - Keep out of reach of children.
